Wood working

My friend rescued a chinchilla, her name is Gray. We built a wood house for her. One homeless less, hope she likes it.

Music & Animals

  1. Under A Rest. In 2021 we got our first tri (grand piano). During the pandemic and SIP, Ann started learning the piano. Three years passed, she can now play many famous pieces pretty good, used to be my dream. She is not naturally talented, but her dedication and focus is such a beautiful thing to watch from aside. I painted the first for her, “Under arrest”. Elephant is her animal, represent her Chinese name. In the dark days when piano keys were made from elephant tusks, they are under arrest for the sin of beauty, some elephant quickly evolved to have no tusk. Amazing but sad.

I went on to create 5 more, to make this collection of musical instruments and animals. Music makes life beautiful. I hope all the lives on this planet can live together peacefully, enjoy the beauty of our earth, and live a happy life.

2. Humming 3. Playing To The Cow 4. A Soul 5. Afternoon 6. Richard Parker

I Tri’ed

This collection is a conclusion of my journey as an Ironman triathlete. Starting from 2016 I’ve finished the full distance 4 times. In 2022 Ironman Waco, with a two year long planning with my coach, with a lot of luck, I reached a lifetime goal to qualify for the IMWC. I did not take the slot. I decided to retire from Ironman racing. Here is my last race report.

Ironman is a very competitive sport, but I don’t like to compete with people. These are my gears, paintings for the memory. Thank you for carrying me through this long, fascinating, a little strange but a very satisfying journey. Thank you for always function flawlessly when it truly matters. Sorry I didn’t take you to Kona, but I’ll take your with my life. Time to move on.
